Complaints book

We want you to be happy with how we look after your home. If something isn't right, please tell us. Most problems can be solved quickly with a conversation.
Tell us directly
Write to homeharmonypt@gmail.com, or call or message us on WhatsApp: Kamila +351 910 215 877, Kasia +351 928 326 178. Tell us what happened and how we can put it right, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
This is our own way of handling complaints. It isn't the official complaints book, and you don't have to contact us first.
The official complaints book (Livro de Reclamações)
Every business in Portugal must offer the official complaints book, the Livro de Reclamações. We don't have premises open to the public, so ours is the electronic version, the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico. You can use it at any time.
- Go to www.livroreclamacoes.pt and choose to make a complaint (reclamação).
- Find us by our tax number (NIF) or business name, shown below.
- Describe what happened and send it.
Your complaint is sent automatically to us and to the authority that supervises our type of activity. We'll reply to the email address you give within 15 working days and tell you what we've done about it.
Our details

If we can't agree
If we can't settle a disagreement together, you can turn to a consumer arbitration centre. It's free or low-cost, and much quicker than going to court. In consumer disputes up to €5,000, if you choose arbitration, the law requires us to take part.
For our area, the competent centre is:
- CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo: www.cniacc.pt, geral@cniacc.pt, +351 253 619 107
If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in Portugal can also help: cec.consumidor.gov.pt. You'll find more about your rights on the Portuguese consumer portal, www.consumidor.gov.pt.
